OEM & Production Management
PRODUCT SERVICE
We have over 15 years of manufacturing experience. We produce personal hygiene products, including baby diapers and pull-up pants, sanitary napkins, adult diapers, and face masks. In addition to our own branded products, we also provide professional contract manufacturing OEM and ODM services for our customers.
EQUIPMENT
- More than 30 automatic high-speed production lines, including 20+ ZUIKO lines, valued at more than 160 million USD
- Equipped with fully automatic machine packaging operation imported from Italy, to prevent artificial pollution and operation errors
- Class A closed workshop, dust central processing system, constant temperature and humidity control in production environment, positive pressure ventilation system.
QUALITY & PROCESS
We have full certificates of the ISO family, including ISO9001:2005, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018, as well as FSC, SMETA 4P, CE, FDA, 510K, UL, C-TPAT, OKEO-TEK, and Higg.
Data-based quality and process management, monitoring the operation of each section and systematic improvement for better quality.
Internal workflows are established for Operators and Engineers to monitor the product design and manufacturing process. Therefore, the Kaizen method can focus on continuous improvement and support.
SPECIALIZED PRODUCTION WORKSHOP
The enclosed production workshop, particle & suspensions monitoring system, 24-hours constant temperature & humidity controlled environment, positive pressure ventilation workshop are specially designed for individual products to meet the different requirements of each production.

Quality & Certificate
QUALITY SERVICE
Quality is always our priority before each product enters the market. Following international quality standards, complete records and traceability are available throughout the entire process.
We are implementing quality assurance throughout the entire process, including durability tests, performance evaluations, gas chromatography analyses, and microorganism tests, to ensure quality in all aspects.
TRACEABILITY & VALIDATION
Traceability is available at every step of the process from raw material incoming, production, finished product storage, and transportation.
Provide follow-up quality services for products, including quality monitoring, customer feedback analysis, and technical documentation updates.
We can provide product-related validation and certification services or consultation, including skin sensitivity testing, product performance evaluation, and more.

FOR THE USERS & QUALITY
Continuously collect and evaluate feedback from end-users, systematically analyze the data, and keep improving the quality of our products.
Samples for each batch will be stored and we will perform over 400 tests to collect more than 1800 different data points to ensure quality.
